I'm Colin, owner of the recovery clinic The Athlete Reset, based in Canada. For ten years I've worked with runners, hockey players, lifters, dancers, and the weekend warriors who treat their body like a 22 year old's at 42.
The same conversation kept repeating itself at the clinic. "I train hard, I eat okay, but I feel beat up." Most of these athletes were taking some greens powder. None of them could tell me what was actually in it or whether the doses were anywhere near what the research suggested.
